Additional HR Support
- Write and/or maintain employee handbook and other important policy documentations
- Ensure policies and handbook are maintained in compliance with changing employment laws
- Ensure Application, Offer Letters, Performance Management System and Corrective Action Systems are in compliance
- Complete unemployment Claims and represent in hearings when needed
- Conduct compensation reviews and surveys as needed
- Create or assist with job description development
- Assist with performance appraisal writing and delivery

Workplace Safety Compliance
- Report and investigate all workplace injuries with Worker’s Comp Insurance Agent
- File all Worker Compensation Claims
- Review and maintain required records of work related injuries and illnesses
- Train employees about hazards and methods to prevent harm

- Partner with Benefits Broker to ensure all plans are cost effective
- Deliver special discount programs to employees, such as Working Advantage, Mass Buying Power and other no fee programs
