Plumbing is a 17 year old Massachusetts-based plumbing and heating company.
Solid management and strong decision making had put the company in the enviable
position of needing to manage, rather than create, rapid growth. Rob Basnett,
President knew the business needed clear goals and objectives to provide
the framework to make decisions about the future of the company.
The owners and management team were faced with the challenge of managing
the ever changing day to day needs of a high growth company. Customer expectations
were rapidly evolving causing the company to be pulled in multiple directions.
Employees didn't understand the demands placed on the owners because of
the customers' challenging and new requirements and they had no insight
into their role in helping the business grow.
Rob knew he could significantly increase revenue if he could figure out
how to capture new business effectively and have a clear plan of where to
focus their energy.

Develop a Strategic Plan to provide a roadmap
Buy-in at all
levels was critical to the success of solving this company's challenge.
CC Consulting began the process by facilitating a workshop for company owners
and the management team to help them collaboratively define their purpose,
mission and vision. We helped employees identify company values working
side by side with company owners and department managers. Long and short
term goals were developed and shared with employees. Action plans were written
to outline the steps necessary to meet revenue goals. Each action plan step
identified an owner and a timeline for completion. The final step was to
put a review process in place to ensure that the business stayed on-track!

a monthly basis. Both employees and the management team are held to these
values. Today Company meetings have become and interactive dialogue rather
