US Air Force
The
US Air Force was interested to hear from experts in the field of Performance
Management. They wanted to better understand the lessons learned from implementing
rigorous performance management activity. CC Consulting was retained to
provide feedback to the Air Force’s Task Force. The work involved
the design and corresponding explanation for a Performance Management Process
Map. The process map became the basis for implementation steps that the
Air Force used to augment their own design activity.
