Celia Couture, Principal

Celia Couture brings over 30 years of experience as a business executive, educator and community theater director to her role as president of CC Consulting, LLC.

Celia’s straightforward, practical approach to business consulting stems largely from her extensive global business experience, which includes 25 years of management experience at Fortune 1000 companies, including Hewlett-Packard™. She is committed to helping companies achieve greater productivity and profitability by designing and delivering strategic, practical solutions that promote teamwork, leadership accountability and diversity at all levels of an organization.

A published author and creator of From the Classroom to the Boardroom, 10 Kid Tips for Managers, a business book and series of workshops, Celia has been retained by nationally recognized organizations that include The US Air Force, Colgate University, Tru Corporation, Synergistics Inc., Millennium Group and Agilent Technologies.

Celia also delivers keynote talks and interactive workshops on leadership, strategic business planning, performance and accountability, building customer loyalty, diversity and team dynamics.

An award-winning community theater director, Celia uses her extensive theater background to entertain while sharing ideas and techniques that work in the real world. She has spoken at The Northeast Laboratory Conference and the Society of Insurance Licensors Conference, as well as for the College and University Professional Association and Quality Service Contractors Association.

Celia’s global experience, leadership skills, and creativity inspire companies to envision possibilities and achieve greatness. She has worked in services and operations and knows the problems that occur with employees who have direct interaction with customers. A dynamic motivator, Celia’s theatrical gifts mean she delivers information in interesting and imaginative ways so people listen, learn and most importantly leverage the new skills for success. Celia has a BA in Education from Florida State University and an MFA in Theater Arts from Emerson College. She is currently the President of New England Women Business Owners and has been selected by Babson College’s Center for Women’s Leadership to participate in its MBA Mentor Program.

Dianne LaufferDianne Lauffer

Dianne Lauffer is a seasoned Human Resources professional whose expertise extends over a broad range of HR issues. With over 20 year’s experience, Dianne is well versed in the areas of compliance, affirmative action, compensation, and immigration matters.

Dianne’s core strengths of relationship building, attention to detail, and resource collaboration have served her well in her career. She began her career in HR at Digital Equipment Corporation where she supported several business units in the Engineering segment. Her talent for building relationships began here as she worked closely with several different departments including senior HR management, business units and corporate HR personnel, and the information technology group.

She then joined M/A-COM, Inc., a Tyco Electronics company, as a compensation analyst. She was promoted to the role of Corporate HR Compliance Specialist where she was charged with company-wide responsibility for affirmative action, immigration and export control, and other compliance matters.

Most recently as a Senior HR Compliance Consultant, Dianne has helped clients navigate a range of HR issues, with a primary focus on Affirmative Action. Her attention to detail and ability to problem solve has resulted in customized solutions that succeed. Her most current projects include the design and development of Affirmative Action Plans, representation of clients in OFCCP compliance reviews, training and general Affirmative Action, and EEO consulting.

Dianne is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She enjoys travel, spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering. She is currently a member of the High School Council in the local school system and has produced several of the high school’s musical productions.

Sherry DutraSherry Dutra

Sherry Dutra is an accomplished professional whose expertise has been garnered from 20 plus years of human resources experience. Sherry has worked in multiple facets of human resources management and is particularly adept in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, career management, compensation, college recruiting, and project/program management.

Sherry began her human resources career with Raytheon Company and held increasingly responsible positions within various human resources functions, ultimately joining the division employee development organization. In that capacity, she developed and delivered several successful employee programs including mentoring, professional management, total quality management, and leadership development.

She then went on to become Manager of Training and Development for M/A-COM, Inc. where she focused on career and leadership development and managed the development and deployment of training to support the company-wide implementation of a global enterprise resource planning system.

Her most recent position was back at Raytheon, where she provided strategic and operational direction for a state of the art leadership program and led the team that significantly improved the cross-functional Leadership Development Program curriculum.

Sherry’s passion for life-long learning, growth, and development has led to a deep commitment to partnering with individuals and businesses to maximize personal and professional potential. Her focus on truly understanding client outcomes and designing and delivering appropriate solutions have led to tangible and sustainable results that drive organizational success.

Sherry holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management from Rivier College in Nashua, NH and a BA in Human Development from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.

In addition to her formal education, Sherry holds certifications from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC) as a Corporate and Life Coach, a Master Core Energy Leadership Coach and an iPEC Coach Trainer. Additionally, she is a Certified Retirement Coach through Retirement Options and she holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Doreen KellyDoreen Irving, Senior Management Consultant

Doreen Irving is a change leader with a proven track record of developing high performance, cross-functional teams that yield highly effective organizations. With more than 25 years of strategic business management experience while paralleling ownership of a business, Doreen combines a strong financial and business background with a passion for employee development. Doreen’s keen ability to assess needs quickly and develop creative solutions drives her to implement programs that enhance an organizations profitability and streamline costs.

A management and human resource trainer, Doreen knows people want to succeed and at times just need to be educated on the how and why. She brings this positive and enthusiastic approach to all of her projects and motivates people to break down barriers to reach their full potential. As a Field Manager for Hewlett Packard, Doreen has managed sales offices of over 800 people throughout Southern California. Her focus on the people and the business helped HP effectively manage the challenge of many major restructurings. She organized programs that saved millions of dollars and co-created Achieving Change Through Collaboration and Building Customer Loyalty that led employees through these difficult transitions. She co-founded the HP Southern California Field Womens Network to promote women in business.

Doreen carries her strong work ethic and desire to improve processes and communication and motivation of others into her personal volunteer work. She developed community action plans for underprivileged high schools, making significant donations of computer product and services, hiring students for summer employment, and speaking to high school students, teachers and parents. She organized Olympic Village for the California Summer Special Olympic committee; works with the United Way and Junior Achievement as an advisor, annually prepare taxes for seniors through an AARP program and is a member of Cancer & Community Charities.

Suzanne Spezzano, Administrator

Suzanne Spezzano is responsible for CC Consulting's Client Services. In this role she manages all office and administrative functions for the organization. Suzanne brings to her position over 30 years experience developing, designing and delivering executive, administrative and management services.
