Our coaching will start with your first impression: your resume. Whether you're using your social network, LinkedIn or on line job sites like Monster to search for your next job, elements of your resume will permeate to all parts of your search and will give perspective employers their first impression of you. Make it a great one. I will review your resume and make suggestions on going forward. We'll also develop a strategy to disseminate your resume to targeted companies and job sites.
Interview Coaching
As your interview coach we help you
- Use your social network with more rigor so you can find and prioritize the best job opportunities for you
- Help you take control of the process and still be yourself by learning various interview techniques that work, and understanding those that don't!
- Practice interviewing skills so you answer questions succinctly and confidently.
- Ask for the job. Closing is an important technique and one that most people are not comfortable with.
- Learn how to negotiate so you receive the best total compensation package - the one you deserve.
